Miami, Florida LeJeune Skin Institute is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and personable Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing dermatology and aesthetic practice in Miami. We are looking for a motivated professional who can combine strong leadership and administrative skills with exceptional patient service and help ensure the practice operates efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative and front-office operations Lead, schedule, and support office staff Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Coordinate staffing, training, and employee performance Monitor office procedures, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Assist with billing, collections, and insurance-related administrative processes Support physician and clinical staff with operational needs Help implement and maintain office policies and procedures Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with marketing, promotions, and practice growth initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience in medical office management or a similar leadership role Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or another medical specialty preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Strong computer and EMR/practice-management system skills Experience with scheduling, insurance, billing, and collections preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Professional appearance and demeanor What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a modern, growing dermatology and aesthetic practice Professional and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility Employee benefits may be available depending on position and experienceLocation:
