Job Description

We are a high-performing, fast-paced real estate team based in Naples seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our lead agent and operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating transactions, handling client communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations stay organized and efficient. Real estate transaction experience is necessary for this role. Your day to day schedule will entail the following: Manage the lead agent's calendar, appointments, showings, and meetings Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing Communicate with clients, agents, title companies, and vendors Prepare listing documents, contracts, and marketing materials Organize paperwork, digital files, and CRM records Schedule inspections, appraisals, photography, and showings Assist with marketing tasks including social media, email campaigns, and listing updates Track deadlines and ensure compliance with real estate transaction timelines Provide administrative support to keep the team operating efficiently Be available for Saturday support during busy listing or showing periods, organizing showings and managing calendars
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
