Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional, driven, and results-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to take ownership of daily operations and financial management. This role is ideal for someone who is assertive, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in keeping the office running efficiently while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations Prepare financial reports, budgets, and assist with forecasting Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal team members Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Handle payroll processing and employee records (if applicable) Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement process improvementsQualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Exceptional organizational and time-management skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Assertive, proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve results Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a small to mid-sized business environmentWhat We're Looking For:
