Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment sales team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office systems, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster an efficient and welcoming workplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team while honing your office management expertise. While having the opportunity to make commission on top of hourly pay. Duties Manage daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. Coordinate calendar management, appointments, and scheduling for staff and executives with precision and efficiency. Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software. Provide exceptional customer support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record-keeping and invoicing processes. Support office management functions including supply procurement, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace. Perform administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy. Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage front desk operations efficiently. Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
