Duties and Responsibilities Support Executive Operations with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling time-sensitive materials, projects, and information. Conduct research, collect information, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. •Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, managers, executive leaders, and external clients. Communicate professionally by phone, email, and written correspondence. Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and projects; exercise creativity, discretion, and latitude as needed. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Meet and greet visitors, ensure they sign in, and provide professional and welcoming office experience. Assist with planning and coordinating office and events for different occasions. Decorate and organize office spaces for holidays and special occasions. Qualifications/Experience/ Skills and Attributes Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Minimum of 2-years of proven work experience in administrative support in Business Administration, Construction Management or related Capability of gathering information to make informed, timely and smart decisions to the best benefit of the company. Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various tasks with ability to prioritize with good time management skills. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with a sense of urgency, to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capability to work and deal with people at different levels and of diverse cultures.
Preferred:
Bilingual in English/Spanish Working Conditions / Physical Requirements This position does not accommodate a remote schedule. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in office site settings.
Working Hours:
7am-4pm or 8am - 5pm (MON-FRI) Dependent on company needs, there may be variance with work shift on start date for new hires. Company Values Ability to demonstrate understanding and apply our company values.
