Full Job Description Job Overview Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all front office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and customer-focused dealership environment
  • Oversee reception staff to ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and customers are greeted immediately and appropriately upon arrival
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom and office environment at all times
  • Process and manage all boat, watercraft, and trailer registrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and local regulations
  • Break down completed deals after customer execution, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly submitted
  • Track customer payments, funding status, and deal progression to ensure timely completion and cash flow management
  • Prepare and manage daily bank deposits and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Post deals, payments, and other financial transactions into the company's accounting system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales and F&I teams to ensure smooth deal processing
  • Support dealership leadership and CFO with financial reporting and documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems for deal jackets, registrations, financial records, and compliance documentation
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, dealership administration, or accounting support (marine, RV, or automotive preferred)
  • Experience handling vehicle, boat, or trailer registrations and title work strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of dealership deal processing, funding, and administrative workflows
  • Experience with accounting systems and financial recordkeeping
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to support multiple departments
  • High level of accountability and ownership over administrative and financial processes
  • Must pass comprehensive and detailed background checks Monday - Friday 9AM-5
PM Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
