Opening Fall 2026, we are now adding team members to prepare for the opening. Located just outside Winter Park, on I4, our team is excited to launch this state of the art dealership. Our Senior Management team has decades of experience and focus on creating a premier work environment. __________________________________________________
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the dealership's primary liaison between with all boat, engine, trailer, accessory, and component manufacturers regarding warranty administration. Register all new boat, engine, trailer, and component warranties with manufacturers immediately following customer delivery and ensure all ownership records are accurate and complete. Review warranty repair requests and obtain required manufacturer authorizations prior to repairs being performed. Communicate directly with manufacturers regarding warranty coverage, claim approvals, repair procedures, technical support requirements, and reimbursement policies. Open, manage, and track warranty claims from initial authorization through final reimbursement. Submit warranty claims accurately and timely in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and submission requirements. Monitor all pending warranty claims and proactively follow up with manufacturers to ensure timely approval and payment. Reconcile warranty receivables and track outstanding manufacturer reimbursements. Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure repair orders contain proper documentation, technician notes, labor times, photographs, diagnostic records, and supporting information required for claim submission. Coordinate with the Parts Department regarding warranty parts ordering, returns, credits, and manufacturer recovery programs. Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, payments, credits, chargebacks, and manufacturer correspondence. Investigate and resolve claim rejections, payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and warranty disputes. Monitor manufacturer warranty bulletins, policy changes, recalls, service campaigns, and reimbursement updates. Assist with manufacturer audits and warranty compliance reviews. Maintain warranty registration records for all customer purchases. Support customer communication regarding warranty coverage, repair status, authorization requirements, and manufacturer decisions. Assist the Finance Department with warranty-related documentation, registrations, customer records, and transaction files. Assist the Office Manager with filing, scanning, record retention, and document management. Assist the Sales Department with customer delivery documentation and warranty registration requirements. Assist the Service Department with repair order administration and documentation quality control. Assist the Parts Department with manufacturer documentation, credits, and warranty recovery procedures. Ensure all warranty claims comply with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies. Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information, manufacturer agreements, dealership operations, and financial records. Perform all duties with a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, accountability, organization, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in either dealership warranty administration, dealership service administration, dealership accounting, service writing, or manufacturer claims processing, Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to interpret manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Strong data entry and record management skills. Ability to manage multiple claims, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Professional communication skills when interacting with manufacturers, vendors, customers, and dealership personnel. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multiple departments. High level of integrity and accountability. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Experience:
Marine dealership experience. Warranty administration experience within a marine, automotive, RV, powersports, agricultural equipment, or heavy equipment dealership. Experience with Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda Marine, Volvo Penta, Garmin, Simrad, or other marine manufacturer warranty systems. Experience using dealership management software (DMS). Service department administrative experience. Accounts receivable or accounting experience. Knowledge of boat, engine, trailer, and marine accessory systems. Experience managing manufacturer audits and compliance reviews.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to use computers, printers, scanners, telephones, and office equipment throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move throughout dealership offices, walk up and down stairs, navigate service areas, and parts departments as needed. Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Position Summary At Nautical One Marine Center, the Warranty Administrator serves as the central point of coordination between our dealership, our customers, and our manufacturing partners. This position is responsible for ensuring warranty registrations are properly completed, repair authorizations are obtained, claims are submitted accurately, and manufacturer reimbursements are collected promptly. In addition to managing warranty operations, this position provides valuable administrative support to the Service, Parts, Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential.

OFF Saturdays & Sundays Pay Rate:
$70,000 - $80,000 (Includes Annual Salary + Bonus Plan) At Nautical One Marine Center, our Warranty Administrator helps ensure customers receive the support they deserve while protecting dealership profitability and maintaining strong relationships with our manufacturing partners. This role is critical to both customer satisfaction and operational success.
