Contractor to convert to Full Time with benefits in 6 months, Growth-Track The "Why" We are looking for a highly organized, strategic right-hand to support the Owner of one of Florida's premier wedding venues. This is not a traditional secretarial role; it is a "Chief of Staff" style position designed for a leader who wants to learn the inner workings of a luxury hospitality business from the top down. The Mission Your primary goal is to protect the Owner's time by taking over high-level administrative, operational, and personnel-related tasks. You will act as a bridge between the Owner's vision and the team's execution, ensuring every detail of our venue's operations is flawless.Primary Responsibilities Executive Support:
Manage the Owner's calendar, prioritize communications, and handle sensitive business documents.Process Auditing:
Shadow the current planning and venue teams to learn our proprietary "Bakers Ranch" workflow. Identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization. Must have full availability on the weekends.Quality Assurance:
Conduct final reviews of contracts, event orders, and client communications to ensure 100% accuracy and brand alignment.Vendor & Facility Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and oversee venue maintenance schedules.HR & Team Coordination:
Assist in scheduling, tracking staff performance, and fostering a positive, professional team culture through high-level "people skills." utilize AI systems to help with process improvements and lean management Experience Requirements 3+ years in a professional management, hospitality, or high-level administrative role. Proven track record of managing schedules and complex projects. Experience in the wedding/event industry is a plus, but a background in professional services (Law, Real Estate, Luxury Retail) is equally valued.Job Types:
