Monitor compliance with sanitation protocols, safety procedures, and industry best practices in industrial and commercial cleaning environments. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to client specifications. Handle client communications professionally, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent customer service relationships. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning management, custodial services, or janitorial supervision within commercial or industrial settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and foster teamwork. Excellent managerial communication skills for clear instructions, feedback, and client interactions. Deep knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial environments. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Background in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus for understanding customer service expectations.
