O-P-M.com Job Description A regional leader in the repair and maintenance of commercial ice machines and water filtration systems is searching for an Office Administrator / Service Coordinator in the Pensacola, FL area. This role sits at the heart of our Service Delivery team. You'll build and manage preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate service visits between our Field Service Technicians and customers, track parts and warranty claims, and serve as a key point of contact for the customers we serve every day. This position ensures the timely flow of information and resources, contributes to operational efficiency, and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. The company will provide the employee with a company-owned phone to effectively complete the job requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazards. The employee sits for extended periods of time and must have sufficient visual acuity to work on a computer monitor for extended periods of time. This is a full-time position. Management establishes hours of work. Employee must be punctual and dependable. Position requires open communication between employee, employees, and management team.
