Job Description

S&D Engineering and Construction Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Office Manager Assistant to support daily office operations and assist our engineering and construction team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor orders to ensure the office remains fully stocked and operational. Review, and distribute documents and correspondence. Perform data entry. Maintain office supplies and general office organization. Support project managers with administrative tasks. Assist with coordinating, and attending marketing trade shows as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to office management. Friendly, and extroverted personality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Experience in a similar role would be an asset but is not required.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
