JOB OVERVIEW
Ready to be the go-to person for ensuring office operations run efficiently and communication flows effortlessly? Perform intermediate-level administrative support involving complex tasks and specialized terminology. Independently handle routine duties like follows-up on forms and records such as payroll, purchasing and personnel, receive and screen callers If you're organized and proactive, this role is your next challenge. •
OCCASIONAL WORK ON PEANUT USLAND WITH BOAT TRANSPORTATION FROM THE MARINA TO THE ISLAND

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
ABILITIES- Ability to comprehend various stages in the processing procedure and how paperwork should be processed. Payroll preparation. Ability to compose correspondence from general instructions. Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment. Knowledge of county ordinances, laws and regulations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification AND one (1) year of responsible office experience.
