Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry. Process insurance verifications and collect payments. Coordinate with therapists to optimize patient flow and scheduling. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and inventory management. Ensure a clean and organized front office environment. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a medical office preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience with insurance billing and coding is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
