We are a privately owned, multi-specialty dental practice —not a corporate DSO. Our patients benefit from comprehensive care under one roof, with General Dentistry, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Full Arch Dental Implant treatment all working together to provide exceptional care. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead a busy office while maintaining an exceptional patient experience and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented leader who can balance the demands of a thriving practice while motivating their team and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the administrative team Oversee day-to-day office operations Ensure an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Manage scheduling efficiency, production, collections, and key performance indicators Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve practice goals Support treatment acceptance and patient retention Hire, onboard, and mentor team members Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications Previous dental office management experience required Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing a busy, high-volume dental practice preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental practice management software is preferred The Right Fit We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example, embraces challenges, and believes that a great culture is the foundation of a successful practice.
