Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Renewal By Griffin's. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and will be responsible for scheduling, handling customer communications, and supporting administrative functions. This position requires a team player with strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule restoration projects, appointments, and team assignments. Manage calendars and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information on services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication between office staff, field technicians, and management to ensure seamless project flow.
Documentation:
Prepare, file, and maintain project-related documentation, invoices, and contracts. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Billing and Invoicing:
Assist in billing customers, generating invoices, and processing payments. Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to management and staff, including data entry, email management, and report preparation.
Vendor Relations:
Communicate with vendors to arrange services, and handle invoicing matters.
