We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator specializing in Construction Administration and Technology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects by leveraging your expertise in administration and project management, construction technology, and operations. Your energetic approach will help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in construction management while contributing to innovative building solutions. Duties Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of all project phases Support project teams with document control, including blueprint reading, schematics, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with engineers and contractors to review construction drawings using Civil 3D and Bluebeam for precision and clarity Aid in construction estimating processes by preparing cost assessments and resource allocations using HeavyBid and other estimating tools Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for seamless communication among stakeholders Assist with project scheduling adjustments as needed, utilizing Primavera P6 to adapt to project changes efficiently Qualifications Prior construction office administration. Proven experience with construction site operations or internships involving construction projects Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction documentation Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies Ability to communicate clearly with team members across various disciplines and coordinate multiple project components effectively Join us if you're passionate about advancing your career in construction management!
