Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Administrator to join our team. Looking for someone to work 3 days a week from 9am to 5pm. Assist in greeting visitors at office and answer phones as needed Assist in providing Broker Support for new and current listings Assist in inputting new listings into our listing platforms - Buildout, CoStar & CREXI Assist in creating property flyers in Buildout and use Buildout to schedule emails and promote listings to other platforms Assist in Implementing social media program Assist in creating social media content through Canva Assist in preparing sign orders and other office forms as needed Assist in setting up listing files/folders on the computer Open and Close the office following the open/close procedure
Qualifications:
Admin experience Efficient communication Organizational skills Phone etiquette Microsoft outlook/word/excel Data entry Marketing knowledge Canva / social media experience Real estate knowledge a bonus
