  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing the reception area with professionalism and warmth
  • Create a welcoming, high-end experience for clients and guests
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Act as a communication hub between internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee office organization, maintenance, and overall efficiency
  • Manage relationships with IT, phone, and building personnel
