Job Description

Georgia Luxe Outdoors Full-Time | In-Office | North Metro Atlanta Help Build One of Georgia's Premier Outdoor Living Companies Georgia Luxe Outdoors designs and builds luxury decks, motorized screens, pergolas, pavilions, hardscapes, and complete outdoor living spaces. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This is not a passive administrative role. We are seeking someone who is proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to our customers, sales team, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally for multiple business entities. Manage inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text. Process payroll accurately and on time. Coordinate project scheduling and communicate updates with customers and field teams. Manage project closeouts and maintain accurate records in company software and CRM systems. Order office supplies and assist with vendor coordination. Support leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects. Monitor emails, voicemails, and customer inquiries throughout the workday to ensure timely responses. Maintain organized digital files and ensure information is entered accurately. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of office management, operations, administrative, or customer service experience. Experience in construction, home services, remodeling, landscaping, or a related industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and prevent errors before they occur. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and payroll or accounting systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
