Job Description

The Office Manager at Stryant Construction and Management Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and supporting construction project teams. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating communication between departments, handling documentation, and providing clerical support to facilitate smooth project execution. The Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining organizational effectiveness and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, construction teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, schedules, and records accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Oversee scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the office.
  • Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks in coordination with the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and administrative protocols.
  • Foster a positive office environment and address employee concerns or issues as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in construction or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$29.77
