We're looking for a strong, dependable, guest-focused Front Office Manager who is ready to jump in, lead from the front, and help make our hotel a place where both guests and employees love to be! -What You'll Do Lead and support the Front Office team on a daily basis. Put the guest first and make sure every guest receives exceptional service. Handle, resolve, and follow up on guest complaints daily with professionalism and urgency. Make sure the Front Office is fully staffed and covered at all times. Be willing to cover shifts when needed — this is a hands-on leadership position! Work 2 operational shifts each week while also having 3 administrative days . Coach, train, motivate, and hold Front Desk employees accountable. Monitor guest satisfaction, service standards, and front desk performance. Assist with scheduling and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Ensure front desk procedures, cash handling, Marriott standards, and hotel policies are followed. Help resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with other departments and management. Create a positive, energetic, and FUN work environment while still holding the team accountable. Lead by example — if the team needs help, you're not afraid to jump in! What We're Looking For
