Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and support our team. This role combines office management, administrative support, and marketing coordination to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Act as the main point of contact for office needs, maintenance, and general inquiries Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members (scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, filing, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external marketing vendors/agency on website updates, campaigns, and materials
  • Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral
  • Support event planning and team activities as needed, including quarterly gatherings, holiday celebrations, and milestone celebrations
  • Maintain organized office systems, both digital and physical Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, or marketing support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
