Responsibilities include:
- Managing the front office and serving as the first point of contact
- Answering phones and assisting clients and visitors
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Basic bookkeeping and handling office-related financial tasks
- Filing, paperwork, and general administrative support
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office
- Managing day-to-day office needs and supplies
- Assisting with scheduling and general coordination
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion The ideal candidate is:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
