The Function/Purpose of the Church Office Administrator is to manage the weekly administrative operations of the Church Office. Responsibilities Attend Weekly Sunday School and Worship Services Facilitate and Attend Weekly Staff Meetings Ensure all calls to the church are properly logged and processed Maintain designated office hours Schedule and manage all Ministry Meetings both on and off the church site Manage and distribute the Church Calendar Show church property to potential renters Recruit and coordinate Church Office volunteers Requirements The position requires someone who loves God and who is committed to the vision God has given Pastor Samuel for Victory for the World Church Join us in creating an organized, welcoming space that supports our congregation's spiritual growth!
