$65,000-$70,000 annually + bonus eligible About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two busy, fast-paced pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally driven, and has a strong understanding of dental practice management, including credentialing, scheduling, team development, and overall office performance. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of two pediatric dental and orthodontic offices. Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams to promote a positive, patient-focused culture. Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and operational excellence across both locations. Manage provider credentialing and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve office performance. Partner with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members. Assist with payroll, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and office budgets. Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of dental office management experience required. Previous experience managing a busy pediatric dental and/or orthodontic practice strongly preferred. Strong background in provider credentialing. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
