Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using productivity software Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Word processing, and other Microsoft Office tools Coordinate office supplies procurement, filing systems, and inventory management to ensure seamless daily operations Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various software applications efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and client support Previous experience with QuickBooks or other financial software is a plus Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for handling scheduling responsibilities Join us as an Office Administrator and become an integral part of a team dedicated to excellence!
