About Us The Manorcrest Preparatory School is a premier preschool committed to excellence in early childhood education. We provide a safe, nurturing, and academically enriching environment for children while fostering strong partnerships with families. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, supporting staff, and providing excellent service to families. Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and enrollment inquiries
- Maintain student records and administrative files
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and staff communications
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements
- Assist with school events and parent engagement activities
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Procare and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
