About Us The Manorcrest Preparatory School is a premier preschool committed to excellence in early childhood education. We provide a safe, nurturing, and academically enriching environment for children while fostering strong partnerships with families. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, supporting staff, and providing excellent service to families. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and enrollment inquiries
  • Maintain student records and administrative files
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and staff communications
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with school events and parent engagement activities
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Procare and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
