Some of the duties include the following: Preparing project billing/invoice information Office management: overall office operations, supply, appearance Keep all company documents (insurance, certifications, etc) up to date. Prepare the company for audits, collecting lien waivers New hire setup and benefits package. Health and welfare of employees.
