Job Description

Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative Flowers For Cemeteries is a wholesale/retailer of artificial flowers. We're located in Marietta in the Industrial Park near Walker School. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative to support our customers and keep daily office, order-processing running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a four-day workweek. Schedule and Compensation Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm The company may transition to a five day schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm based on business needs. Applicants must be available to work either schedule.
Starting pay:
$16 per hour Holiday pay and PTO available after probation period. Paychecks are deposited via direct deposit. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and customer messages professionally. Assist customers with orders, product information, pricing, deliveries, and general questions. Welcome walk-in customers, complete sales, and maintain a well-stocked showroom. Make scheduled outbound calls to our existing customers (no cold calling), take orders, and build customer relationships. Assist with office projects and other assigned responsibilities. What We're Looking For Strong customer-service and communication skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone and in person. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on tasks. Confidence using computers, email, and online business systems. Dependability and the ability to work independently. Preferred Experience Office administration, customer service, order processing. Resolving shipping, billing, or customer account issues.
