Assigns duties to HOD's and observers performance to ensure adherence to hotelpolicies and established operating procedures.Provides training tofront deskstaffActs as the hotels public relations director and promotes the property within thehotel industry, localcommunity,and trade associations.Monitor the Guest feedback on Trip advisor, OTA's etc. andhotels GSTS andRSTSsurveys.Receives and resolvesor assists the General manager/AssistantManagerinresolving guest complaints and service recovery process.Selects or assistsin the selection of hotel staff and completes all new hire paperworksto submit to GM.Review employee performance and conducts personnel actions such asdisciplinary actions and terminations.Maintains accurate records including cash flows sheet, guest floor limit, AR Agingreports, Direct billing etc.Assisting General Manager/Assistant Managerduring Morning meetings orconducts the morning HOD meetings in the absenceof General Manager/Assistantmanager.Adheres to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well asstandard operating procedures.Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP's, policies, proceduresand service standards.Ensuresthe objectives and goals of Marriott and property owners work together toachieve brand positioning and success.Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managingexpectations and delivering solid business results.Assist GM/AGMinkey property issues including capital projects, customer serviceand refurbishment
