Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional service, creating a positive environment that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise and drive memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure top-tier guest service Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a friendly demeanor Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Handle night audit responsibilities, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports for the next day's operations Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels to ensure clear and courteous interactions Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred; hospitality management certification is a plus
