Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team and help streamline daily operations while maintaining accurate financial records. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, providing exceptional customer support, and managing essential bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including a welcoming environment for visitors and staff Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records Utilize in-house software for bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and financial reporting Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is well-organized Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Support office management initiatives by implementing efficient procedures using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication at all times Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and data entry procedures Previous experience as an office manager and bookkeeper is required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed along with time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience with Google Workspace tools is preferred Above average computer and bookkeeping skills, as well as skills in problem-solving, logical thinking, and office organization and management are required

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
