Schedule Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (39 hours/week) About the Role Hoods Unlimited is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and the go-to person keeping our front office running smoothly day to day. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors Manage general office needs: ordering supplies, handling mail, keeping common areas organized Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed Data entry and basic recordkeeping Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Qualifications Prior receptionist, front desk, or office admin experience preferred Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Comfortable with basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) Dependable, punctual, and organized Friendly, professional demeanor How to Apply To apply, contact us with your resume and relevant experience.Benefits
