POSITION
Front Office Supervisor, Registration Manager Full Time, hourly. Pay is based on experience. Reports to the Executive Director. William Holland School of Lapidary Arts is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our customer service team as Registrar. This is a fast paced, fun and creative environment. We are looking for a team player with strong computer skills, positive attitude and at least 3 years of customer service experience. and proficient computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Communicate with students and assist them with course registration, enrollment requests, and other processes related to registration of classes. Must have good customer service and organizational skills. Provide student services; in person, through email and by telephone. Responding and composing email correspondence, maintaining confidential student records. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Word. Collecting, processing, and reconciling fees and transactions; responding to routine requests and providing backup support, as needed, for other departments within the front office. Supervise the front office, work directly with the Executive Director to maintain operations. Requires a bachelors degree or a minimum of High School diploma plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer skills a must. Excellent customer service, problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills required. Schedule would require availability on Sundays 2pm to 6pm, for weekly student registration during the school season (April through October). Off season hours are flexible (November through March).
