Job Description

Overview We're seeking two reliable Office Administrators to support daily office operations, customer communication, and our dispatch team. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Answer and route phone calls; manage general office emails and correspondence Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners Assist the dispatch team with all dispatch-related tasks and workflows Schedule shipments, pickups, and appointments Track, document, and upload proof of delivery files and related shipment records Communicate with local airlines regarding incoming and outgoing cargo; coordinate paperwork and timing Maintain accurate records, file systems, and office supplies Support ad hoc administrative projects as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred 1+ year office or administrative experience; logistics/dispatch experience a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with email, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and basic data entry Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with a team Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused Ability to handle confidential information professionally Must be able to pass drug screening and background check We offer a supportive team environment and on-the-job training as well as opportunities for growth within operations and logistics.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
