Job Overview Small engineering firm in Honolulu is looking for an Office Manager to oversee their daily operations, including bookkeeping, HR, and day to day project and office administration. HoursPart-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00/8:00am-4:00/5:00pmLocationHonolulu, OahuPay$65,000 to $75,000 a yearResponsibilities Create routine reports and correspondences that are timely, relevant and accurate Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Perform bank account reconciliation Track expenses and process expense reports Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Prepare bank deposits and make trips to the bank Provide supporting documentation for audits Maintain accurate historical records and files Build and maintain positive relationships with all employees Oversee administration of HR and benefits issues and ensure adherence to employment laws Assists in diffusing/ mediating personnel issues in a timely manner Maintain HR records in accordance with regulation Process payroll accurately Assist in daily office needs, keeping the office organized and operating efficiently Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of combined bookkeeping/ Human Resources/ administrative experience Notary license a plus Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment Must be a team player with the ability to effectively delegate tasks Great written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organization is a must #office_indeed
