Operations & Administration About Us EcoWaste Management provides critical environmental and industrial solutions across Iowa, specializing in vacuum truck services, industrial tank cleaning (UST/AST), product separation, wastewater collection, and hazardous waste transportation. Operating in conjunction with the EcoSource family, our team values safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and dependable customer service. Position Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to serve as the central hub of our daily operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily logistics, dispatch operators and vacuum trucks, optimize workflow, and ensure administrative functions run smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Dispatch Support:
Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day service routing, scheduling, and real-time dispatch for vacuum truck operators and field crews.Workflow Coordination:
Track job orders, compile field tickets, handle waste manifests, and ensure smooth handoffs between field operations and client billing.Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, answer incoming inquiries, route client requests, file paperwork, and handle mail and operational records.Data Management:
Input project data, track service logs, update equipment maintenance records, and assist with employee time-tracking documentation.Customer & Vendor Liaison:
Act as a dependable point of contact for clients, disposal facilities, and vendors, providing timely updates on project schedules and service calls. QualificationsExperience:
2+ years of administrative, office support, or dispatch experience (prior experience in environmental services, logistics, trucking, construction, or waste management is a plus).Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general business software.Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.Organization:
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment, and solve operational bottlenecks quickly.Education:
