Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our construction project operations, ensuring seamless office management, efficient communication, and accurate record-keeping. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep projects on track and support our construction team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction initiatives while honing your administrative and managerial skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, proofread, and send professional emails, letters, and other correspondence. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service. Order office supplies and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Assist with project setup, closeout documentation, and contract adminstration. Create and process customer invoices, progress billings, and pay applications. Track subcontractor quotes, invoices, lien waivers, certificates of insurance, and project documentation. Support human resources functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll processing. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred (construction industry experience is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Experience with accounting software is preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
