Your role will help shape both the resident experience and the financial success of our community. What You'll Do Manage LTC Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections with accuracy and compliance. Support residents and families with billing questions to ensure a positive experience. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, trust accounts, and data entry. Partner with leadership to drive financial clarity and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a long term care setting. Medicare/Medicaid billing and healthcare collections expertise. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience highly valued.
