The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. ## Responsibilities- Fullfill basic accounting duties consisting of Employee Payroll, Montly Journal Entries, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- DOT Registraions, Mileage and Quarterly Reports
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory ## Skills ###
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong clerical skills for data entry and record keeping
