Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day business operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable managing many different responsibilities. What You'll Do Coordinate building maintenance, facilities, and outside vendors Help manage office security and employee access Coordinate maintenance and service for company vehicles Order office, breakroom, and general business supplies Handle occasional Costco and local supply runs Coordinate basic employee equipment needs such as keyboards, mice, headphones, and other accessories Help with basic business compliance Provide backup support for payroll and cash processing Help with general office organization and administrative projects What We're Looking For Highly organized and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities Good communication and problem-solving skills Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating services Previous office administration, office management, or similar experience preferred Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record The Right Fit This position is a great fit for someone who likes being the person who keeps things organized, notices what needs to be done, and makes sure it gets handled .
