We're looking for a dependable, organized, hardworking Office Manager/Administrative Assistant who can help keep our growing company running smoothly every day. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers and crews, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts organized at once. Construction, home services, or fast-paced service industry experience is a major plus.

Detail-oriented and thorough Reliable and accountable Positive and professional Comfortable handling strong personalities and busy schedules Good with customers and team communication Able to multitask without letting things fall through the cracks Organized, proactive, and self-motivated Someone with a sense of humor who enjoys being part of a hardworking team Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Schedule estimates, installations, service appointments, and follow-up calls Coordinate calendars and assist with daily crew scheduling and logistics Communicate with customers regarding appointments, invoices, project updates, and questions Manage customer records, paperwork, job files, and office organization Assist with invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks tasks Support ownership and field crews with administrative and operational needs Track leads, organize project information, and maintain accurate data entry Order office supplies and help maintain a clean, organized office environment Assist with email communication, marketing support, and light social media tasks as needed Help create a positive office culture while keeping operations efficient and professional Qualifications Previous office manager, administrative assistant, dispatcher, or operations experience preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent communication and phone etiquette Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Experience in construction, home services, roofing, gutters, HVAC, landscaping, or related industries is a plus Pay & Benefits $18-$23 per hour DOE Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional benefits discussed during interview process Opportunity for growth within a growing local company Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Us Idaho Gutter and Shade Solutions is a small locally focused company serving homeowners throughout the Boise area with gutter installation, gutter repair, retractable awnings, patio shades, gutter toppers, and exterior home protection solutions.
