Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office/Business Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, effective team coordination, and efficient management of office resources. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a productive workplace. Responsibilities Online marketing and lead generation for contract manufacturing. Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and phone system. Coordinate scheduling and calendar management. Accounting--prior experience with QuickBooks is preferred by not required.
Duties could include:
bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, taxes, budgeting, and financial management. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and maintaining supply inventories. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical. Ensure office etiquette standards are upheld by managing front desk operations and phone etiquette protocols. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities. Background in bookkeeping, payroll processing (preferably with QuickBooks), and basic budgeting skills. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively. Experience coordinating vendor relationships and managing office supplies or equipment procurement. Excellent communication skills. Advancement opportunities available based upon performance.
Pay:
$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
