We're hiring an Office Project Manager to run residential painting projects end-to-end in a high-intensity, high-volume environment. This is a 100% in-office role: you'll coordinate multiple painters/teams daily, field constant homeowner calls/texts/emails, review reports, solve issues on the fly, and keep 10+ projects moving simultaneously without missing a beat. Expect a fast-paced day full of multitasking, rapid decisions, high communication volume, and zero downtime, not a slow, predictable desk job.
