Job Description

Join Our Team! We are a growing landscaping company seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to help lead our administrative operations and customer service functions. This is a key leadership role that serves as the operational backbone of our business, ensuring our office runs efficiently while supporting the executive leadership team in achieving company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The Office Manager ensures that the systems, procedures, and people supporting the business operate effectively and efficiently, allowing field operations and leadership teams to focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Leadership Manage, coach, and support the customer service team to deliver an outstanding client experience. Monitor customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure timely resolution. Develop and maintain customer service procedures and performance standards. Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture. Administrative & Executive Support Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team. Coordinate meetings, communications, and organizational initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational analyses. Manage confidential business information and records. Office Management Manage office operations, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships. Manage sales tracking process Develop, document, and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and consistency. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with department leaders to support operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve organizational performance. Qualifications 3+ years of office management, operations management, or administrative leadership experience. Previous experience managing or supervising employees. Strong customer service and team leadership skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or a related industry is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
