In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office operations, manage guest relations, and maintain smooth communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, demonstrate multilingual communication abilities, and uphold the highest standards of customer service in a vibrant hotel or resort environment. Responsibilities Supervise the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver outstanding guest services. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with promptness and professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest comfort. Handle night audit responsibilities, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Maintain proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to assist guests and internal departments effectively. Uphold hotel policies, security procedures, and health & safety standards to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Prior experience with night audit procedures or working overnight shifts is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume customer interactions professionally. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and reservation platforms is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette.
