Key Responsibilities Oversee and support all aspects of Front Desk and guest service operations, ensuring smooth daily performance and exceptional guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate Front Office staff to deliver consistent, personalized, and memorable service . Foster strong communication between departments to maintain a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, always seeking solutions that exceed expectations. Manage daily reports, shift checklists, and departmental handovers to ensure accuracy and accountability. Support the Front Office Manager in upholding brand service standards. Maintain full compliance with company policies, procedures, and required databases or property systems. Lead by example in maintaining Claridge House's welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Front Office leadership experience (hotel or hospitality environment preferred). Knowledge of Hilton Branding and its standards. Proficiency in Pep PMS or comparable property management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. A genuine passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset . Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages a plus
