The ideal candidate will be able to multitask between answering phones, checking out patients, insurance verification and helping our providers. Summary In the role of Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient office management and exceptional patient care. Reporting to the clinic director, you will utilize your core skills in organization and communication to manage clerical tasks, insurance verification, and scheduling. With relevant experience in medical office management and team leadership, you will contribute to a positive work environment and enhance patient satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Previous experience in Chiropractic or Physical Therapy practice Experience with Insurance Verification knowledge of common CPT coding Personable and friendly Strong Organizational skills Able to multitask Works well in a team setting Strong computer skills
