We're looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our Goley Insulation team in Dupo, IL and serve as a central point of support across customer service, sales operations, commercial billing, and day-to-day office coordination. At The Goley Companies, you're more than an employee — you're part of a team committed to building excellence together. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about our services, routing calls and messages to the appropriate team members. Support orders, estimates, and proposals as needed, helping ensure information moves smoothly between customers and our sales team. Field and execute commercial billing tasks, including issuing certificates of insurance, providing W-9s, and routing contracts to leadership for review and signature. Route ACH payment requests, E-Verify submissions, and similar financial or compliance items to the right internal resource. Help coordinate company events, employee gatherings, food orders, Amazon purchases, and other office logistics. Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly. Provide a friendly, professional first impression of Goley to every customer, vendor, and visitor. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, customer-focused phone presence. Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software and systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple requests at once. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to handle sensitive business and financial information with discretion. Authorized to work in the United States. Working Conditions Full-time position, typically Monday-Friday, with standard office hours, working in an office environment.
