Front Desk Administrator REMAX Suburban - 4.1 Glen Ellyn, IL Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary REMAX Suburban is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, agents, and vendors. This role is central to keeping our office running smoothly — from greeting walk-ins to supporting transaction paperwork and agent scheduling. Position is Monday - Friday. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a warm, professional manner Answer and route phone calls; manage general office email inbox Schedule showings, open houses, and agent appointments Assist with MLS entries, listing updates, and transaction paperwork Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts and client records Coordinate with management (office supplies, cleaning, IT, maintenance) Support marketing tasks: Printing for Marketing Department Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve. Limited, occasional travel to other real estate brokerage office locations throughout the Chicago suburbs may be required. Support Agents by answering questions and communicating office procedure information. Coordination with office manager of monthly/quarterly office meetings Ongoing communication with agents to support the company with upcoming events/training. Experience High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus 1+ years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience (real estate experience a plus, not required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; ability to learn MLS and CRM systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and punctual Preferred Prior real estate, title company, or mortgage office experience Familiarity with real estate contracts and terminology Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents shine!
